Frequently Asked Questions
How do I start the free trial?
When you first open the app and try to access a Pro feature, you'll be prompted to start a subscription. Select either the Monthly or Annual plan, and your 7-day free trial will begin automatically. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, tap "Subscriptions," find "Reimagined Photo Editor," and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've previously subscribed and need to restore your purchase on a new device, go to the subscription screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Reimagined Photo Editor purchase, and select "Request a Refund." Apple will review your request.
Why aren't my photos saving?
Make sure you've granted the app permission to access your photo library. Go to Settings > Reimagined Photo Editor > Photos and select "Full Access" or "Add Photos Only." If issues persist, try restarting the app.
How many photos can I process at once?
With a Pro subscription, you can bulk process up to 10 photos at once using the same template or settings. This is great for adding watermarks or logos to multiple photos quickly.
How do I save and use templates?
After setting up your desired logo placement, text, or watermark, tap the "Save Template" button. Your templates will be saved for quick reuse. Access saved templates from the Templates section on the main screen.
Can I use the app for commercial purposes?
Yes! You can use Reimagined Photo Editor for personal or commercial purposes. The photos and videos you create are yours to use however you like, including for business use.
Is my data private?
Yes. All photo and video editing happens locally on your device. We never upload, access, or store your photos or videos on our servers. Your content remains completely private.
Manage Your Subscription
Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top of the screen
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap Reimagined Photo Editor
- Choose a new subscription option or tap Cancel Subscription

Request Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your account and associated data, please email us at support@reimaginedsoftware.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
Include the following information in your request:
- The email address associated with your account (if you signed in)
- Confirmation that you want all your data deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation when complete. Note that photos and videos edited in the app are stored only on your device and are not affected by this request.
