Reimagined Photo Editor Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reimagined Photo Editor mobile application ("App") provided by Reimagined Software LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Reimagined Photo Editor is a mobile photo and video editing application that allows you to:

  • Add custom logos and watermarks to photos and videos
  • Create before/after comparison images
  • Bulk process up to 10 photos at once
  • Save custom templates for quick reuse
  • Apply text overlays with custom fonts
  • Edit and export photos and videos to your device

Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

  • Free Trial: All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Pro features.
  • Pro Monthly: $7.99 per month after the trial period ends.
  • Pro Annual: $59.99 per year after the trial period ends (best value).

Billing

  • All subscriptions are processed and billed through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID payment method.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Free Trial

The 7-day free trial begins when you start your subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected. You may only use one free trial per Apple ID.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. To cancel:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Tap "Reimagined Photo Editor"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date. No refunds or credits are provided for partial subscription periods.

Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as they process all payments. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem website.

User Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to your content. Any photos, videos, logos, or other content you create, edit, or process using the App remain your property. We do not claim ownership of any user content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import into the App, including photos, logos, fonts, and images.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or payment systems
  • Use the App to create content that infringes on others' rights
  • Distribute, share, or sublicense your access to the App
  • Use the App to create illegal, harmful, or objectionable content

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Reimagined Software LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REIMAGINED SOFTWARE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reimagined Software LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscription.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
